Bookings
To book your tour, please click on the book or tours section and select your preferred experience from the available options.

Please be at the Harbour 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on your ticket, remember to allow plenty of time to get into the town, parked, walk to the harbour and board the boat.
Traffic can be very busy especially over weekends and peak season. The boat WILL leave sharp on the departure time on the ticket, as its unfair on others who have also booked and turned up promptly for the departure time to be delayed and boat tour shortened, the boat WILL leave without you if you are late.
Payments
Secure payment will be taken in full to confirm your booking. Your tickets are non refundable, your purchase confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Cancellations
As a small business we are particularly vulnerable to last minute cancellations as we operate limited tours and low passenger numbers. To ensure the viability of our business we require reasonable notifications of cancellations to allow us time to re-plan our boats itineraries, crewing requirements, boat location and fuelling requirements.
If we need to cancel
Please be aware that trips can be cancelled due to unsafe weather or river conditions. In these situations, we will issue you with a voucher to the value of your order that is valid for 12 months. No cash refund is available.
If you need to cancel

If you wish to cancel a booking you will need to give us reasonable written notification, this should be by email (info@causewayboats.com) and be sent more than 48 hours before the departure time on your booking ticket. In these situations, we will happily issue you with a voucher to the value of your order that is valid for 12 months. No cash refund is available.
<48hours from your departure time
Your seats are now reserved, however if unfortunately you personally cannot attend the booking, feel free to offer these tickets for you friends or family to avail of. Please notify us by email (info@causewayboats) of the change in names.
General
Your personal belongings are always your responsibility.
Passengers are prohibited from smoking onboard.
Remember: the weather can be very changeable, and it tends to be colder out on the water. For your personal comfort, please dress appropriately for the outdoors (bring a shower-proof coat and warm layers that can be added or removed as required) it is advisable to wear comfortable, sturdy footwear for walking along pontoons and getting in and out of the boat.
Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture those special moments.
Gift Vouchers
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash
• Please enter the voucher code when completing the checkout
• Vouchers can only be used with a bookable tour*. Please redeem the voucher when completing a booking. A voucher is not a receipt of a ticket
• *If you have received a Private Tour voucher, you can use it in one of two ways:
- From the Mackrel Fishing Tour Page, select a suitable date and time with 12 free slots. When completing checkout, enter your voucher code. Your voucher will cover the cost of the whole boat (£420).
- Please contact us to arrange a suitable time and date.
